They are really caring and always willing to hear you out and help, plus they’re super fun:D I had zero issues with the facility, everything seems to be new, perfect and runs uninterruptedly. One of the best I've ever stayed. Feels more like a family. Beds are comfy. Rooms with AC. Breakfast is amazing. Free coffee and Tea all day. Well located in Kota Kinabalu.
