La Catrina Hostel ligger i San Miguel de Allende, 800 m fra ærkeenglen Skt. Michael. Der er udflugtsskranke, ikkeryger-værelser, fælles opholdsstue, gratis wi-fi og terrasse. We had a clean and spacious room. Shower had good water pressure. The hostel had a nice terrace to chill and hangout too. WiFi was decent even up there. Location was pretty decent - it was a comfortable walk to the main plaza, where most of the restaurants/eateries congregate around. For some cheap local food, we can recommend the gorditas and tamales from "Gorditas Doña Consuelo" (see Google Maps), which is a food stand that opens in the evenings. There is a complimentary breakfast that comes with our stay, but don't expect much, i.e. two pieces of toasted bread and jam, and a small plate of fruits. For those who need a more substantial breakfast, you can order additional dishes (e.g. chilaquiles) for a reasonable price, e.g. 60-70 MXN if I recall correctly.

Im really grateful to them and their attentions, which makes the whole experience top shelf. Super recommended.

I love working there! The dorm beds are comfy and the dorm rooms are spacious and nicely arranged. There was natural light everywhere. The location was right at a small plaza and the vibe was chill. The wifi was pretty good even for online teaching on Zoom. The water pressure was good.
