I only stayed here for a night, and arrived late, so I really just slept there. But my room was amazing - so beautifully decorated and cosy, just like the hotel itself. The staff were really friendly and helpful in communicating to me how to get into the hotel after hours. The room was so well designed and has everything you need - including loads of USB charging ports by the bed, very handy!

Situated 48 km from Chinkultic Archeological Zone, Hostal Casa Del Sol Comitan in Comitán de Domínguez offers a shared lounge and restaurant. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Great location. Great wifi. But the absolute best part was Andrea, she is amazing. She showed me in person the location of the collectivo to El Chiflon and went above and beyond helping me. I highly recommend.

La Embajada Hostel San Cristobal features accommodation in San Cristóbal de Las Casas near Santo Domingo Church San Cristobal de las Casas and Del Carmen Arch. This hostel made me feel at home right away. It is like staying in a home with friendly people and a great, peaceful vibe - one of the best places I've stayed at in all of Mexico. The owner and the crew are very welcoming and helpful, and glad to share tips about the city and Mexico in general. The entire place is very clean, the shower has perfect temperature and pressure, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is everything you need! There is a lovely rooftop. There are lovely dogs around, and the owner is very mindful about whether guests are comfortable. I will definitely be back here whenever I am in San Cristobal again.
