It’s brand new, aircon works perfectly so was a nice night rest on a super comfortable brand new mattress in perfect temperature:) Nice common area with big kitchen, garden and terrace:) Wifi works perfectly and very quiet area:) The guy at reception couldn’t be more friendly and welcoming! Delicious drinking water from tap and overall shame did not have more time to stay but will be back !
