He is very knowledgeable about the country and the Balkans in general. He helped me plan my stay and get around easily. And his recommendations were spot on.  The hostel is very clean. The bathroom and the kitchen are spotless. At night it was quiet and I slept very well there. Each guest has his locker. And the locker got my 60L hiking bag comfortably.
