Everything in Colombo can be reached by a cheap tuktuk ride so the location is no problem. Showers are good and have hot water (if you need that). Toilets are clean.

He even extended my stay for 3 hours without extra charges. Mohsin Bhai, the caretaker of the property was very helpful and polite.

The kitchen was readily available, equipped with all the utensils needed for cooking. There were lockers to lock up your valuables, overall an excellent experience.

Free laundry was a big plus! Common areas were quite clean.
