Dette vandrerhjem til unge ligger omgivet af naturen og byder på morgenbuffet samt vidunderlig bjergudsigt mellem Schaan og Vaduz, 5 minutters kørsel fra den schweiziske grænse og motorvej A13. Umiddelbart den billigste mulighed i Liechtenstein. Vi boede på 6-mands værelse med køjesenge, hvilket var helt okay. Fælles bad og toilet var rene. Der var virkelig god morgenmad. Vi spiste også aftensmad der en gang, hvilket var lækkert og billigere end alle restauranter.

Alte Metzg - Hostel ligger i Appenzell, 19 km fra Olma Messen St. Gallen og 25 km fra Säntis. Overnatningsstedet har fælles køkken, fælles opholdsstue og gratis wi-fi overalt. We had a wonderful stay at Alte Metzg. This place is so clean and well kept. Our person of contact was very informative and responsive. We had everything we needed and then some!

Haus Bünten ligger i Quinten, 49 km fra Einsiedeln Kloster, og har have, restaurant og bjergudsigt. Overnatningsstedet er røgfrit og ligger 42 km fra Liechtenstein Museum of Fine Arts. I don't know if I was on a hiking high, or if this was the best hostel I've stayed in, but either way, I can't recommend it enough! The location is easily accessible from the ferry port, facilities are very clean with fresh bedding and towels ready on the bed. Picking up the keys from the security box was quick and simple. The shower pressure is great and there is a clothesline outside to dry your stuff (if you are coming back sweaty from a hike!). I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Awesome location and staff. Unfortunately wasn't able to stay for the entire duration due to my son's sudden fever, but indeed it was a pleasant stay. Would definitely like to stay again

Youth Hostel Stein am Rhein blev renoveret i 2014 og tilbyder sovesale og private værelser, 15 minutters gang fra St. George's Abbey og den middelalderlige gamle bydel. SIDE by SIDE with a Rhein River beach. Proximity 10min walk to the city center - outstanding square. 20 min by foot, ir 5-10 by bus to the train station Bug garden, logos of games - ping-pong, football, volleyball, ... Good meals. Generosity of the staff. Good experience watching the euro24 final on lounge.

I have to start first with Michelle and Chris, two best persons we ever encountered behind the reception and managing a hostel. It started all with our 2,5h delay or arrival due to the unplanned Gotthard tunnel closing. We were stuck in a traffic jam and arrived around 19:30h instead of 17h. They were so kind and organized our dinner even in that time (initially planned for 18:30h), so when we arrived after our long trip from Italy it was nice and warm and delicious. During our stay there, they have been all the time super friendly, helpful and professional. This place is lucky to have them and without them it would never be the same. Our family room was nice and cosy with the great view of the lake and green fields and mountains around. Birds were waking us in the morning and it felt so great to be so close to nature. Very clean room and the whole place was clean in general. Our kids also had a great time with free activities there (play room, table tennis, table soccer). We are already looking and making plans to come back in the near future. It is not possible to give a higher review than 10/10 so we give only 10 here. I propose booking.com to make some possibility to give option for 'the best ever' mark/sign which can be used once per year or something and only on an exceptional case because this place is definitely exceptional.

Det slotslignende Youth Hostel Schaffhausen ligger 20 minutters gang fra Munot og den gamle bydel. Lovely old house surrounded by gorgeous big trees and green space. Very friendly staff, and convenient parking!
