Kagelow Mt.Fuji Hostel Kawaguchiko has been newly renovated in September 2015. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. There are shared bathrooms on the ground floor, and Mt. good location where you can see Mt. Fuji from the room. Staff are really nice.

Situated in Fujikawaguchiko, 八-Hachi- Accommodation has free bikes, garden, shared lounge, and free WiFi throughout the property. Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and pillows - probably the best ones we've slept on during our entire Japan trip!. Also loved the shower rooms, lots of space! Great location as well. 30 minute walk from the train station and also very close to the lake. They also offer free bikes which was a nice touch!

The host was super nice, picked us up, and also dropped us off the next morning near the train station; advised a true local dinner place; and good photo spots for Fuji mountain. The place was very clean, and also very quiet. We rested very well.

Hostel Mt. Fuji - FUKUYA is set in Fujiyoshida, 1.4 km from Fujikyu Highland. Gekkoji Station is 450 metres away and Fujisan Station is 1 km away. Complimentary tea and coffee are available. The host was amazing, being so nice and caring with us, as well as helping us plan the trip. Great location, very good breakfast and very comfy beds. I strongly recommend.

Dot Hostel&Bar 富士山 is located in Fujikawaguchiko. With a shared lounge, the property also has a bar. American breakfast is available. It is just a few minutes walk to Kawaguchi Lake & Oishi Park so the location couldn’t be more convenient. Was my first time staying in a hostel, but you couldn’t be more safe than in a hostel in Japan. My pod was super clean and so is the rest of the place. It is well equipped, even more so than our last hotel. There’s laundry, a shared kitchen and on site food for order as well as a bar. I was really impressed how clean the showers and toilets were (separate rooms). Male and female showers and toilets are also separated. All the guests are super quiet and respectful. It’s very family friendly. I would highly recommend this place for anyone. The value is exceptional! Payed $43 cad pp for a mixed bunk room dormitory.

K’s House Mount Fuji is a 19-minute walk from Kawaguchiko Train Station. It offers simple accommodation with free Wi-Fi, a free-use kitchen and spacious lounge in the popular Mount Fuji area. quick and easy check-in. Kitchen is excellent. Bathroom and room are super clean. The staff were polite and gave a lot of recommendations for sightseeing. Nice location and amenities are good. Spacious hostel.
