The house is beautifully designed and we loved that it's different than most Japanese guest houses. It's lovely to have such a modern and cozy concept in a small town, away from the crowds. There is actually a lot of charm in the town and it was one of our favorite stops on a month-long trip to Japan. That is also because of Alrik, who manages the property. He was so kind, hospitable, and friendly! We felt welcomed as friends, not just hotel guests. He did everything we could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. There is a beautiful forest around, the view from the top of the town is lovely, so is the walk by the river and sunset. The Shinto shrine was such a special experience too! Thank you, Alrik and Next Chapter for this beautiful stay! We will come back to the area just to visit the guest house again, especially if Alrik is still running it!

What a lovely hostel! A wonderful host, a lovely shared kitchen and lounge, really well designed dorm room. Great little bar attached (usually only open at weekends but the owner could see we were keen), where we spent a fun evening chatting and drinking cocktails and craft beer

Nastanitev Hostel Coliberty je v mestu Tokushima, 1,9 km od znamenitosti železniška postaja Tokushima, in ponuja sobe s klimatsko napravo. Lovely place with wonderful, helpful staff. The shared rooms were very effectively divided by screens, so it was like having your own private nook. Quite luxxy for the cost.

The host was exceptionally friendly and his place was beautiful decorated with the best futon and soft floor. And as an extra, he speaks very good English which makes everything so much easier. I can’t recommend this place enough

Nastanitev 4S STAY Awaikeda ikedaonsenyoko je v mestu Miyoshi in ponuja skupni prostor za druženje. Vse nastanitvene enote v nastanitvi imajo v opremi grelnik za vodo. I was in a small room with two beds but no roommate came. The actual "main" branch where the staff work and you check in is not the same as where I stayed. Mine was not staffed but about 1 minute on foot from the main branch. The place looked new, clean and quite stylish. It fit the vibe of the new, young entrepreneurs who want to revitalize small towns by making them more in their image. The building I stayed at had a small lounge shared by the people living there and while it had nice, brand new appliances, they had no real utensils or cups or anything like that. The main branch has a bar/café attached to it which is kind of why I missed it the first time I rode in front looking for my check in spot. The food there was very good and featured game meat - deer and boar to be precise. The staff were very friendly. Not sure about the owner's English as I spoke to him in Japanese.
