The staff were incredible and greeted me at the door with lots of information on all the things I can do in Sukumo and the help they wanted to offer to make my experience the best. Free tea and coffee and free shampoo and wash lotions, free towel and very cultural Japanese house with beautiful inside decor. Can use a bike from the guesthouse and bike round the roads full of rice fields and take in the beautiful green mountains and wildlife. So peaceful, I felt very at home here and can’t wait to visit again.

The staff has been extremely friendly and helpful with all our additional requests and provided useful information. Even though we only stayed a short time, we were carefree and enjoyed our stay a lot and would very happily come back again for longer next time.

Very willing to communicate and give directions and helpful information.

Well equipped and very clean, I wish I stayed longer. Perfect to relax after many days travelling :) The surroundings are very nice!
