My stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The entire experience was incredibly well-organized, and every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant visit. I want to give a special thanks to Valeria, the wonderful Italian receptionist, whose warm welcome and helpfulness made me feel right at home. During my stay, I accidentally left one of my earphones in the room. When I called the reception to check if it was found, Amy answered and was exceptionally efficient in assisting with the retrieval and arranging its delivery back to me. Her attentiveness and care were so reassuring. I’d also like to thank Matt and the rest of the team for their outstanding service and dedication. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making this a truly memorable stay. 5 stars, highly deserved – I can’t wait to return

The room was excellently proportioned and arranged but this is due to the original design for students. The bathroom in particular is suitable for all comers. Light in the room was good but the need for auto sensors would be great everywhere once you enter, not just in bathroom, where the sensor stayed on far too long and came on even in daylight.

The customer care and service were excellent and we will definitely visit again and next time try some of the great activities on offer. Although we stayed in dormitory accommodation the standard was very high and everything was clean and comfortable. We were actually given the whole dormitory to ourselves with a private shower and bathroom. The walk-in shower area was great and so useful when coming back from muddy or wet activities. Any family visiting this wonderful area on a budget should consider this option. We were stuck at late notice for a place for the night and so glad we found this little gem.

The owners were remodeling and we had an issue with staying in the room. They went above and beyond to find us another place to stay and set us up real great, very hospitable! It was our first night in Ireland and it was a good welcome. The small village by the sea was a nice relaxing stay to launch us off on the Aran Islands the next day.

Lovely service! And great location we didn’t have to get any taxis. The apartment was very clean. Dirt cheap for 2 nights 10/10 will be back!
Really great hostel, you can meet new people, staff Is friendly. Didn't know i would have such a great time during only 1 night.
Great location, 10-15 mins into town. Cheapest option within walking distance for the Arts Festival. Clean bedroom and bathroom, and the contactless check in system suited us. The cafe downstairs does a good breakfast.
It’s a great location and the best hostel I’ve stayed in for a while. The room was pretty good and the breakfast provided and the kitchen facilities were great. The staff were amazing as always and very accommodating and kind.
Extremely friendly staff. The hostel provided clean towels, soap and shampoo. There was also a kitchen for us to use. Great atmosphere and really nice rooms. Overall, the best hostel I've stayed in so far. Great location. Would highly recommend.
Great location, super friendly staff, probably the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at
The people and the general atmosphere as well as the facilities all come together to create one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in during my solo travels. It’s safe and right by everywhere you’d want to go. Definitely would highly recommend!
Great location, easy parking. Galway is so expensive that I took a risk and booked a quadruple private room four our family. Overall it worked out. The first night was miserable as the pillows were terrible and one of the bunk beds squeaked with the slightest move. However they tightened it up and gave us new pillows. I found out I’m too old to rough it but as a hostel it was nice, clean, and friendly.
