HI Hostel Rijeka terletak di sebuah vila tua di bagian timur Rijeka yang bernama Pećine, hanya 1,5 km dari pusat kota. In this airbnb, era where an accomondation is usually just a way for someone to make some money, and immediately after think of you just as a problem to get rid of, I had the fantastic experience of staying in a place where the philosophy behind is still to take care in total of a traveler. I got answers in every request I had from highly skilled workers, very good in languages, and absolutely available for anything you need and this become double special if this is "just" a hostel. Also other comers might feel the same the atmosphere in between people is just pleasant. Clean, positioned close to some beaches, quiet, space for bikes.

It feels like you are being welcomed to a friend's house! Bogdan (I hope I spell it correctly) is really nice and attentive. He maintains the whole place really well and is always asking if everything is great. The location is perfect, especially if you need to catch an early bus. The walk to the beaches is not at all too far (note, the hostel is not next to the beach), and is a beautiful walk along the coast. Very satisfied with the stay and would definitely repeat when work allows!
