Every morning I woke up with the sea view and every evening I ended the day with the view of the sunset. Marina was very kind, very available and flexible

So Young Hostel is situated in Heraklio Town, a 4-minute walk from Heraklion Archaeological Museum and 400 metres from Venetian Walls. Rooftop area was lovely to hang out in, I love that the beds had extra privacy with curtains too.

Set in Heraklio Town and with Amoudara Beach reachable within 2.2 km, Intra Muros Hostel offers express check-in and check-out, allergy-free rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi throughout the property... Truly my favorite hostel I've stayed in, which was largely because of the volunteers and other guests. But the facilities and location were good, bed was comfortable, etc. There were only two of us in the four person dorm but I imagine it may have been a bit tight if all beds were filled. It's the kind of locker where you need a lock but I didn't have one so the hostel lent me one. Nice seating area on roof.

Mrs Elena is such a sweetheart. A lovely woman who is able to let you feel at home. Spending time here is the same feeling when you go back home. The full service is impeccable, including the communication.
