Basecamp Wales offers family-run hostel accommodation in Llanllyfni, on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park and 30.3 km from Pen-Y-Pass and 8.2 km to the beach at Dinas Dinlle. スタッフが気さくで色々しっかり案内してくれて親切でした。 設備もそろっていて各所に案内も表示されており、何も不自由や不安がなく過ごせます。 ベランダがあるので外の空気を吸いたいときに部屋からすぐに出られます。 部屋に洗面台が付いているので顔を洗ったり歯を磨いたり等は部屋の中で完結できます。 二段ベッドがダブルサイズで広々としており、マットレスも快適でした。 大き目のローテーブルが部屋にあるので、荷物を整理したりするのに便利でした。

Amazing location close to restaurants and beautiful walks close by. The buses to Snowdonia are within a 5 minute walk of the hostel as well which was great! The common areas were spacious, a large kitchen to use, showers had hot water and the beds were wooden so there was no squeaking. The staff were lovely and gave us advice for our trip - would stay here again next time we’re back!

Communal cooking and washing up worked well, the lounge and books went down a treat, the football table was a success & the grounds, outdoor fire & bbq all proved memorable for the several related families that shared the stay. Dave (owner) provided friendly & discreet support that proved essential during an area-wide power failure.
