The welcome was great, we had to check in late and they accommodated us. The rooms were good especially with the ensuite. Parking was available and plenty of spaces. There is a massive place to eat, a hot water kettle and milk/tea bags. Microwave and Fridge available in the common area, cups available too. All in all excellent for the price
