Located in Dieulefit and with Valdaine Golf Course reachable within 25 km, L’escale provides free bikes, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a shared lounge. Clean bedding and towels. 2 showers and a separate toilet. Didn't use the kitchen but looked good. Wifi was excellent even in the attic. Could use the laundry machine for our hiking clothes. The owner had excellent suggestion for eating out.

Set in Saint-Vallier and within 33 km of Valence Parc Expo, Le couvent des Capucines - hébergement vélo Via Rhona features a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. Stopped by on a cycling trip due to adverse camping conditions. Could store my bike downstairs in a room that had some construction going on. Ended up to be the only person staying there that night, might get bit crowded if it's fully booked. Very neatly designed sleeping- and cooking area, thick curtain shielding the sleeping area and also thinner curtains to shield the beds. Heating available, strong hot shower.

YASI Hostel features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Lyon. Breakfast was delicious, the staff were incredible, very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Very happy with everything.

I greatly appreciate them for helping the visitors (who book the nights to stay there) to procure essential services. Helping them to print key documents from WiFi and accommodating the needs of current young adult families with young children (under 10 years-old) comprise some of these key services. We appreciate your special evening gathering events. Some of your associates (employees/ staff members) procured wonderful cocktail drinks (such as rums). I thank them for those worthwhile services, which many visitors and I gladly paid for them. I thank you all for Free Breakfast included, on behalf of visitors (who book to stay at your site for several consecutive nights).

Situated in a 19th-century building in Lyon, Slo Lyon les Pentes is located a 6-minute walk from Place des Terreaux and a minute-walk away from the nearest metro station. In the 10 bed female dorm were only three persons. I‘ve already been here the third time and it‘s just a great hostel. Friendly staff, great common area, well equipped kitchen and delicious drinks and snacks in the coffee shop. And in the heart of Lyons center, good bus connection to the train station Partdieu with the line C3. Many restaurants nearby.

Featuring a terrace, Slo Lyon Saxe is located in Lyon, 1 km from Place Bellecour and 1.5 km from Lyon's Old Town. A 24-hour reception and free WiFi access is available. Convenient location - 20 minutes' walk from the station. The room and the hostel itself look great, you can see that it was built with love. The reception desk is open 24 hours a day. There you can also find wine or beer to choose from (unfortunately, there was only dry wine).

Located in Saint-Jean-en-Royans, 16 km from Chapelle-en-Vercors Golf Course, Hostel Quartier Libre provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a... Perfectly suited for trips in the Vercors/Combe Laval! Never expected to find such a nice and up to date place at this spot. Also, vegan meal options - usually hard to find in rural france. Staff speaks English very well.

Auberge de Jeunesse HI Séez features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Séez. After a long hot drive from Dijon, the friendly welcome, delicious dinner and comfortable beds were so welcome. The staff were exceptional; the communal dinner relaxed and the whole atmosphere just great. Will definitely be stopping here again.

Situated in La Clusaz, 33 km from Rochexpo, Auberge de Jeunesse HI La Clusaz features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. As always, these youth hostels are super nice, cosy and the staff is friendly, helpful. Its a great thing that you can meet a lot like-minded people here (cyclists, hikers, runners, bikers). I never thought Id like hostels but I really do!
