The rooms very very clean and spacious. It did not feel like your 'typical' hostel at all and was a really beautiful place to stay for our family.

Only a few steps from the lakeside promenade, the Youth Hostel Montreux can be found 400 metres south of the Montreux-Territet Train and Funicular Station. It’s just infront of the lake .. it’s very clean.. the common area has utensils and glasses so we can bring our own food if we wish too and eat there… and Alexandra the receptionist is very very helpful! She even helped me bring down the luggage from the 3rd floor down since the elevator was not working when I stayed there for one night … I would definitely stay here again!

The room was really clean and simple and I liked the organization of the furniture and the beds there. The breakfast was pretty simple but it was enough for what I needed. There were enough options to choose from and there were also beverages like orange and apple juice and coffee, milk or tea. I liked it, very organized and clean.

Just 50 metres from the shore of Lake Geneva, the Vevey Hotel occupies a 19th-century mansion in the historic centre of Vevey. It offers free Wi-Fi and a bar with a terrace overlooking the lake. Big and nice room, clean and very comfortable bed!
