She even helped me bring down the luggage from the 3rd floor down since the elevator was not working when I stayed there for one night … I would definitely stay here again!

Guests can use the lockers and the laundry facilities at the hostel. good location for a very reasonable price. my room was clean, and the reception was helpful, and they gave me great recommendations for stuff to do in geneva.
