The host, Julen, was a lovely man , very helpful and helped us book our next night accommodation on the Camino del Norte.

The morning breakfasts are well prepared and tasty, maybe some of the best apples, milk, bread, and juice I’ve ever tried. The beautiful scenery around the hotel is a plus. The air is so fresh and water so clean, drinkable from the tap even. If you have kids be sure to get to know the animals, especially the friendly donkey!

Excellent experience, beautiful old building in perfect condition, very spacious rooms, spotless clean and very friendly owner. The views are incredible and a very peaceful place. Greatly recommend. We came back to San Sebastian because our friend was unwell, the manager was very understanding and kind towards us, she did all she could to help. The individual pods are very private, with everything you need, a charger light, mirror and even a tablet and headphones! The shared living space is large with a good basic kitchen (no stove top) but microwaves, a kettle and a coffee machine. Would stay again
