Staff were professional.

The staff were super helpful and kind to me, Mae, Cotto, Verena, Seb, Rosio and Ítalo were all fantastic (not to mention their many volunteers). Everyone who worked there was great to have a chat with and went above and beyond with their service! The food served here was delicious, the amenities were clean, and the hostel doggo is the cutest. Highly recommend the walking tours they offer and the Yoga class with Verena!! A+ with the pool of course !! stayed here for over 2 weeks and loved every second of it ❤️

Just 7 blocks from City Mall shopping centre, this cheerful and budget hostel has a charming terrace area and patio with plants and birds. This is the best of hostel I ever stayed. The steps are so nice and provide a lot of help advice on your travel. Their breakfast is more than my expectation.
