The place is safe and great, in the city centre, close to restaurants, museums, the beach. And the staff was great and nice!
The staff was amazing, and it was lovely to be able to go and visit the shelter. Even in the hostel you can enjoy some of the animals. You can cuddle with the cats, and there are some dogs. Even with the animals there, the hostel is super clean! The facilities are basic but good. It's a very nice place to meet new people and explore the city.
Great location for the ferry, friendly staff, we got a room upgrade for same price. Nice simple breakfast was made available at an early time so we could catch the ferry.
Very big and nice apartment. Just as seen in the pictures. Everything is new and well maintened. Also a big plus is that you have a small supermarket next to the entrance, and also a nice spot to have some breakfast and lunch. It's also pretty easy to walk to the city center of Mindelo. It's like a 15 min walk. Even at night we felt safe. Taxi is like 5 minutes and it never took that long to get one. Also the people in Cabo Verde are really friendly and helpfull.
Great location! It is very cheap. The beach is lovely as are the people of sao Pedro. We would stay in sao Pedro rather than Mindelo. Great for walking to the airport. The staff put breakfast out so we could eat before our very early flight. This is a home and you are welcomed and trusted in it. Comfortable bed.
