The Valley Tayrona hostel- A unique social jungle hostel features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and bar in El Zaino. I stayed in the Ara bungalow. I loved it all. the location, the peace and quiet, the meditation spot overlooking the beautiful hills. i only had one day there and i didn't even go anywhere just to be in my bungalow and meditate in unity with nature. and the breakfast, lunch and dinner there!!!! god, everything is delicious !!!! thanks to the chefs! You are the best! thank you thank you thank you thank you! I dream of coming back for at least a week 😍🙏🏻

Ecolodge Playa Brava Teyumakke offers accommodation in Santa Marta. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. You can play table tennis at this hostel. Hidden gem, reached by walk from El Calabazo. Sweetest staff (especially in the kitchen- thanks for coping with my dietary requirements). Lots of social areas- volley, ping pong, free tables. Possibly to pay by bank transfer at the end of your stay- check with reception first ;) Get some earplugs and a portable fan- don’t underestimate the intensity of the sea.. and temperatures eheh

Offering a terrace and views of the garden, Masaya Casas Viejas is set 30 minutes away from Minca in the Magdalena Region by 4x4 or motorcycle, and 12 mi from Santa Marta. Wow, where should I start? Well this Hostel was DEFINITELY something new for us and we had such a good time! On our drive up to the Hostel we thought we were going to die (haha), but it was all so worth it. The views of the jungle are breathtaking, the pool is stunning, food is soooooo good and healthy, activities are great (the hikes and the yoga - loved it!) We met so many nice travelers as well and the staff was such a great team. Thank you soooo much guys, we would recommend this place to everyone <3

Hostal Vista Verde Minca features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Minca. Providing a bar, the property is located within 19 km of Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino. Really lovely hostel in the mountains. A very chilled place with kind staff. Everything was immaculate and we loved our stay there. It is a long walk but it’s worth it and all part of the experience!

Set in Minca, 18 km from Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino, Finca Hostal Bolivar - Casa Quinta offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. We literally liked everything about this place! You can live here for a few days in a cosy, but at the same time spacious house in a beautifull setting. The staff was super helpfull (including a map and explanation of the area), the shower was warm, the hygiene was on point and the kitchen well equiped. The location was also great, in walking distance of the center of Minca. To get to this house you need to go up a steep hill, which you can do by foot or by motortaxi (depending on your fitness level), but the view is worth the effort.

Located in Santa Marta, less than 1 km from Bahía de Santa Marta Beach, Imagine hostel features air-conditioned rooms and a bar. A hot tub and a bicycle rental service are available for guests. The staff/owner were very friendly and accommodating. The facilities were very adequate for the number of beds, it was clean, and I really enjoyed the relaxed vibe. The breakfast was very nice as well. Highly recommended.

The family was very hospitable and the food was good. The river was beautiful and so was a nearby hike to a waterfall.
