The lady working as manager had a native-speaker level of English proficiency as she came to China after living in Boston, US. She was so nice and tried to help me in every way. Its location is perfect as the bus station is only five minute walk away.

We recommend staying here. The owners were very nice and helpful, they showed us immediately after arriving what you can do in the city and what you can see for free. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, good wi-fi, working air conditioning, hot water in the bathroom. We recommend trying the hand-made dumplings owner, they are delicious, inexpensive and serve large portions. On the terrace, you can often find 3 very cute cats that are just waiting to be stroking. The owner speaks good English.
