Staff is excellent, very helpful and nice!! The location is perfect for exploring downtown and going out into nature. Being able to rent bikes and scooters directly from them was incredibly convenient.

Situated in Yangshuo and with Yangshuo South Bus Station reachable within 26 km, Pomelo Hostel Xingping features a garden, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a shared lounge. It is the best hostel I have stayed at in China. I want to give it more than 10 points if it is possible. It was super clean throughout. The lady working as manager had a native-speaker level of English proficiency as she came to China after living in Boston, US. She was so nice and tried to help me in every way. Its location is perfect as the bus station is only five minute walk away.

Set 0.9km from Elephant Trunk Hill, Lakeside Inn provides accommodation with free WiFi in Guilin. Attractively located in the Xiangshan district, this hostel offers a garden. The environment of the hostel was also good, but the owner and wife were very kind and wonderful. He always cared about me and gave me a lot of advice. I was able to spend every day with peace of mind. I'm going to stay again!

Junshe Boutique Guest House has free bikes, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Guilin. Great location, very helpful hosts, beautiful and clean room. Meals were also delicious.

Eden Inn offers a European standard of Service and Cleanliness. We pride ourselves in the highest standard of Cleanliness and Value for Money in the whole Yangshuo area. Wow, Eden Inn. I got lucky choosing this hotel. Eric, Sammie, and Limin took great care of me. They arranged a car to both pick me up and drop me off at the Yangshuo train station. They were always friendly. They gave me the lay of the land, informing me of the nearby places I could visit. The hotel has a great, rustic character to it. The garden is peaceful. It was quite enjoyable sitting on the deck, having an ice-cold beer and chatting with other guests. My room was facing west, with the horizon blanketed with mountain ranges and left a nice impression with me. The hotel was SO quiet and the beds SUPER comfortable. I can't express how much that affected my stay. I was really able to unwind there. The Wi-Fi was strong and the air conditioning was ice cold, so my work never skipped a beat. Breakfast was simple and delicious. And for lunch/dinner, there were several restaurants just meters away, all who use local, sustainable foods. Then just a three minute walk way and I was on a scenic path with great panoramic views. I was so relaxed and so pleased during my stay, that what started out as a 2 day/1 night getaway, turned into a 6 day/5 night vacation. I wanted to stay longer. And the place is so affordable, it wouldn't have been an issue. Before going there, I was a bit weary of not staying directly in the city, but I realized it was the best decision I could have made. Because you can rent a scooter really cheap and get to anywhere of interest within 20 minutes. And to top it off, they had a washing machine where I could do laundry for free! I really can't wait to go back.

Guilin Cyan Box Guest House has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Guilin. Long and Luca were great! Good information always helpful and very cheerful. Great guys. Location short walk from center but Didi is like 10 yen or something. Willadvice others to come here great place.

Ideally set in Yangshuo, Lazzy inn features air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace. Cynthia Alexander The location was great. It was on a quiet street yet easy walking to the River Li and West Street. There were many restaurant options nearby. It was very clean. The shower temperature stayed hot and the pressure was strong. It had a western toilet. The air conditioner was very cold which was great, because the weather was hot and humid. We enjoyed very much having a balcony room. Best of all was the boss. He was very helpful and kind and was very patient helping us make travel arrangements. I highly recommend this inn.

Hi Grey Hostel Xingping has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Yangshuo. The hostel is very convenient and located in the center of the Xingping old town. The staff was very friendly and we had a nice stay
