Very helpful and friendly staff who were able to give lots of information about things to do but also travel logistics. The building is beautiful and the shared areas are comfortable, warm and very clean.

The staff was super friendly, and helped create a very nice atmosphere where you could feel at home. The common area is quite big and very nice, with a fire place and board games. I only regretted not booking more nights from start as they were quickly full. Highly recommend!

At the hostel all rooms are fitted with bed linen and towels. The hosts were really lovely and made sure to make the stay really comfortable - very nice bath towels provided, along with wholesome breakfast. Also toiletries were provided (including hairdryer which was a great bonus). Room is simple and modest, but was enough for us. It was really nice to have such wonderful hosts and we were well fed with the breakfast (typical Chilean breakfast but also with granola & yoghurt provided). Also there's a shared tea/coffee/ hot water corner available 24/7

The bus station is 200 metres away and the city centre is only 300 metres away from the property. Host was extremely attentive, willing to help constantly to make you more comfortable. Property had parking. Location was good. Bed was comfortable and warm. All common spaces were clean and well-taken care of.

An outdoor swimming pool surrounded by garden can be enjoyed just 200 metres from the beach. Rooms have garden or beach views and Wi-Fi is free. Del Lago Commercial Centre is 4 km away.

We had a wonderful time at this place. The view on the Terrasse was amazing and the communication with Vero was super easy and welcoming. We prolonged our stay because we liked it so much :) we would definitely recommend this place!
