Located 500 metres from the town centre of San Pedro de Atacama, Hotel Anpaymi Atacama offers accommodations in the commune of Lickancabur. The room we stayed was quite clean and comfortable. The shower worked great and we didn't experience any lack of water or lack of hot water. The kitchen was well equipped for a simple meal, breakfast or a tea/coffee. The location is close to the terminal, which in my case was good since I came by bus. Andrea, the hostess is a really friendly and great person, her help was invaluable to my trip.

Excellent facilities as well, nice common areas with gallons of water to fill up before heading out and various teas/coffee always available as well. 10-minute walk to the center with good restaurant options close by. Definitely would stay here again!

Just 10 minutes’ walk from Plaza de Armas, this rustically inspired hostel is located in San Pedro de Atacama. Bicycle rentals are available at Hostal Casa Turipite. Loved this place. Very good value for money. Location a bit out of town, car or bike is handy. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Would recommend.

Everything was super clean! Great kitchen with everything you need and more. Great spaces to just chill or work. Good WiFi. Oh and not to forget the breakfast. You get fresh eggs (scrambled or fried) every morning. This place is surely the best hostel to stay in San Pedro. I stayed 4 nights in total

Hostal Piedrita de Rio is located in San Pedro de Atacama. This hostel features a garden and a shared kitchen. A complimentary breakfast is served daily. Mrs. Elvira, who attended to us, was very sweet and attentive, always in a good mood and with a smile on her face. Although it is located far from the town's center, the hotel is like a refuge, there is not much movement and it is very peaceful. It is possible to rent bicycles to go faster to the town centre, although we didn't rent one, we went on foot. They seemed to be doing some work to improve the space, but more improvements were needed in the surroundings. The street needed to be significantly improved, but it's not the hotel's fault. I highly recommend it if you want to spend a few days, there is parking for your car. TIP for travellers: San Pedro de Atacama seems to be a calm place, there is a lot to see and getting around by car seems to be a much more pleasant option than rushing around on tours. Shower water is hot during the day, and at night it takes a little longer to heat up. Self-service breakfast and complete. Elvira kindly prepared the table for us each morning.
