The family-friendly Backpackers Villa in Interlaken, in the heart of the Bernese Oberland, offers simple yet stylish rooms that are individually decorated. The location was great, as there was a bus stop a few meters from the hotel. The kitchen facility has everything that you need to cook a meal. Breakfast was also nice.

Pretty much the ideal hostel experience. The rooms were nice, with comfortable mattresses, made bedding, and a sink and mirror in the room. A European and a Swiss style outlet at the bed, a good shelf, and an adjustable reading light. Tons of very nice common spaces, including a well-equipped and huge kitchen area. Breakfast was simple (bread, yogurt, cereal, coffee, and juice) but high quality including locally baked fresh bread. The shower rooms were large and had lots of hooks and dry space to put your things. The staff were friendly and accommodating and everything was always clean. The building itself is cool too.

Everything was perfect, owner very nice and helpful, room big and clean, very big and clean bathroom as well and kitchen with complementary coffee.

The cleanliness of the hostel is the ultimate that you'll ever get in a hostel. Absolutely amazing staff and the breakfast is good too. We'll surely recommend it to anyone.

Come to Balmers and stay in the oldest private hostel in Switzerland! Our hostel is situated in three traditional Swiss wooden chalets that surround a courtyard, terras and garden. very informative, helpful and friendly staff. They are so kind and fun to talk with. Also, always smile and has nice attitude. I really like the atmosphere and hanging out space. It's so cozy. I felt like i'm at home.

Situated in Wilderswil, 16 km from Grindelwald Terminal, Hostel Chalet Stöckli mit Etagendusche features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The staff are too friendly and very efficient in providing the best facilities to the clients. They were even ride to provide us a drive when the bus to interlaken got cancelled and we were to miss our paragliding slot. Breakfast is the best. Their Swiss Culinary(we had our dinner there) is just delicious.

Located in Leissigen, 26 km from Grindelwald Terminal, Leissigen Youth Hostel provides accommodation with a garden, private parking, a private beach area and a terrace. The lake access from the property is so good . Did not expect to be so good . The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the views and the experience.

In winter, a shuttle service to the surrounding ski areas is... they were very kind and everything was super organized! they explained how everything worked as soon as I got there. the place was very clean

Alplodge is located in the centre of Interlaken, between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz. A pleasant common kitchen and free Wi-Fi in the lobby are at guests’ disposal. The kitchen was well equipped.
