Located in the middle of Interlaken, both stations were about a 10 minute walk away. The hostel also gave us cards for free bus trips around a interlaken in case we didn’t want to walk. The rooms and bathrooms were really clean. Our room was mixed gendered and had 3 bunk beds (so 6 people in total). There are washing machines and a fully equipped kitchen on the basement, so you can cook yourself if you want to save a couple francs

Alplodge is located in the centre of Interlaken, between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz. A pleasant common kitchen and free Wi-Fi in the lobby are at guests’ disposal. We only stayed one night. However, the location of the hostel includes nice view.

Nastanitev Brienz Youth Hostel je v mestu Brienz, 3,7 km od znamenitosti Slap Giessbachfälle, in nudi informacijski pult, sobe za nekadilce, vrt, brezplačen WiFi ter teraso. The staff was really friendly and kind and overall the whole atmosphere in the hostel was nice and calm. I loved the location as you can enter the lake right away when you step out of the hostel and also it’s in walkable distance to the train station. Even though the room where I stayed was the biggest one, everyone was respectful, quiet and helpful if needed, so I didn’t mind. I felt really comfortable in this hostel, it was like a second home. The breakfast was also really good. :)
