Set in a traditional Swiss chalet, Lake Lodge Hostel is located directly at Lake Brienz, and offers a free private beach, a garden with outdoor furnishings, and views of the Alpine landscape. Very beautiful accommodation,I recommend to book the room with lake view,its worth it.staff is also very friendly and there is also nice bar downside the hotel.Perfect in total.

In a remote location at 1,400 metres above sea level, Bärghuus Axalp offers direct access to the ski slopes. Rooms come with free WiFi and wooden furniture. Peter is an amazing host that welcomed us with open arms as soon as we arrived. The location is incredibly stunning!! The room is large with a private bathroom and each room has their own specific kitchen supplies. Everything is well labeled and organized. It was so much more than we could’ve imagined and at the price in that area, it’s a steal! Thank you Peter for your kindness!

Lo Youth Hostel Brienz sorge sulle rive del Lago di Brienz, a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Brienz. it was clean, breakfast is good, staffs are friendly, location right by the lake is beautiful, they even gave us female only room when we requested even though we booked the mixed dorm. thanks

Ostello privato più antico della Svizzera, il Balmers occupa 3 tradizionali chalet svizzeri in legno che circondano un cortile, alcune terrazze e un giardino. i was recommended this place by a friend and I am so happy that he told me about it! i went in January which was a low season but there was still a very good amount of people staying at the hostel. everyone staying there was AWESOME! this hostel attracts great energy and amazing people even locals come to hangout at the club downstairs! the staff was great and the owner was sooo kind. he even dropped me off at a place that he recommended to me because it was on his route and I appreciated that kindness so much especially since I was not having the best day. then he gave me chocolate and some life advice. i can’t imagine it in summer and can’t wait to go back to interlaken SPECIFICALLY for this hostel.
