The staff was super professional, friendly, and welcoming. The hostel is well organized. Everything you need for a good night. The view from the dorm was amazing, with the bell sound. The breakfast is good enough. Different types of bread, tea , coffee, orange juice butter, cream cheese, yogurt, Céréales. The parking is 5F a super price for Switzerland! The reception help with the info if needed, and they give a map also. The transportation in the city is for free, the hostel gives you a QR code with a ticket to visit the city easily. There is a kitchen with everything you need if you wanna cook ! Super clean and well organized.

The room was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the shared spaces (toilets, bathrooms, kitchen, etc) were very clean and very very useful. The showers deserve special praise after long hiking and excursion days. The outside is charming as well. Lovely outside seating areas are lovely as well. You can hear the cowbells on the local cows, and that’s it!

Situated in a historic building only 100 metres from the famous Zytglogge Tower, the Bern Backpackers Hotel Glocke can be found right in the centre of the city. The room and the bathroom was clean. Near the bahnhof. No lift from the ground floor to the reception, but a small lift is available from reception to the dorms. Anyway the stay was comfortable

Reopened in April 2018 after extensive refurbishment and surrounded by a quiet garden with a terrace outdoor chess and morris, this youth hostel in the centre of Bern is just a 5-minute walk from the... Very convenient location to stay in Bern. Everything was clean, staff was kind. I could have a late check-in with no problems whatsoever. Breakfast was also great. Great value for the price proposed.
