It was easy to find. I was right in the centre feeling the University vibe. Both the exterior and interior, the building was clean and well maintained. The lobby area was inviting and it gave an extra layer of comfort that security was friendly, alert and available at all times. The highlight of my stay was my interaction with site staff. Staff Lavkiran was engaging right from the start. With her confidence, I knew right away that she is knowledgeable in her field of work. The site walkthrough was thorough. She allowed for ample time for question and answer. After the settling in, I reached out again for a few follow-up questions. Each concern was properly addressed. Attentive, task-oriented and excellent in customer service are the three top words that come to mind if asked to describe her. As expected, she was able to deliver a high level of customer service. In the entirety of my stay, I knew I could lean on her for support to make my stay worry-free and worthwhile. Thank you for taking care of me in Winnipeg.
