Most wonderful and helpful staff and owner I met in my life. I would come back there just to have chat with them. I feld like at home of all the time. Place is very clean and beds are comfortable. Location is perfect I won't even consider to choose other hostel. Love everything over there.

Definitely I indicate it for who wants to have a fine socialization and company for the many tour options at the island.

Offering practical accommodation in the idyllic Ilha Grande, Biergarten Pousada & Hostel is set 5 km from Lopes Mendes Beach. WiFi access is available throughout. My boyfriend and I stayed here over Christmas. It was lovely. The rooms were very comfortable and the shower was lovely and warm. The communal areas were really nice and made for a really nice relaxing stay. The open air kitchen was perfect for cooking any meal. The rooms were cleaned everyday by the lovely hotel staff. I don’t speak much Portuguese and I had no problem communicating with the staff as one of the receptionist spoke English. Everyone who worked there could not have been more helpful. The location was perfect and near the beaches, restaurants and bars and 5 mins walk to the pier. I would 100% stay here again.
