Located in the centre of the Blue Mountains, No.14 Lovel St is just 500 metres from Katoomba train station. Easily one of the best hostels I've stayed in. There's an attention to detail that just makes everything really comfortable. We were in the private rooms upstairs. Good size with a little table and chairs by the window. The best kitchen I've had with multiple stoves and everything you need to cook and eat. Well stocked with appliances, pots and pans, cutlery, etc. Great old building with common areas for eating and hanging out. Well decorated and laid out. Really nice outdoor area off the street. Great location a short walk from the main street, bus stops, and rail station. Large and clean shared bathroom with good showers. It's just a nice place to be

The kitchen was big and the bathrooms were great and plenty of them. The beds were very comfortable, so great to be provided with an actual comforter. The staff were so friendly and the dorm rooms were a very nice size, with a small fridge and table as well.
