The host Shahboz is a very kind, friendly and hospitable person. He is always ready to help. The place is new and is very close to the airport and the central bus station. On top of that, there are many restaurants not far from there. I would highly recommend this place if you want a peaceful place to stay in Samarqand with affordable prices.

I love everything about this hotel. From the interior, the common space, and also the room. Everything looks new and clean. This property is a gem, with a good value of money, walking distance to Ragistan Square, and some of good restaurants nearby. What I love the most is the bathroom and toilet. It really a “room” not just divide by cheap divider. Thank you Mahalla for really taking good care of me.. would love to comeback stay in this hotel again oneday.

Went with the Jahongir GH because the guidebooks recommended it and wasn’t disappointed. If you don’t really want to spend money on an overpriced boutique hotel or risk an unknown backpacker hostel, this is a nice balance. The place we clean, full of character and the breakfast was amazing. The beds we’re simple but probably the most comfortable I slept in throughout my stay in Uzbekistan (even some 4 star hotel beds can’t compete. The location is great too, close to Registan but not too close that you’ll hear the tourist swarms.
It was my second stay at this Hotel. Great location and security. Great location for sight seeing very safe. The property was very well kept and charming and the staff very attentive and the breakfast was perfect, I highly recommend this location for those who are having their first trip to Samarkand
The best hostel I've stayed in in Ouzbekistan. The dorms are very well equiped and confortable (curtains, individual light, power socket). The included breakfast is very good and filling. And it's a great place to meet other travellers !
I spent 2 nights in NABI BOBO hostel (female dormitory) and really enjoyed it. It is super close to Registan and main attractions, it has a family restaurant with tasty shashlik and plov and hosts were really nice and helped me with everything needed (call a cheap taxi, for example). It is more like family guest house than International hostel, that was exactly what I wanted. :)
I even managed to check in really early and take shower before going out for sightseeing. As a solo female traveller I felt safe.
One the best hostels I have stayed so far at par with my Paris hostel. Great location very clean designer property. Very clean toilets N shower. Reception both the staff girls were very courteous & helping. Kitchen was well equiped & clean N it was fun to cook. Everything is at 5minutes walk from the hostel. This hostel is super clean, beds are comfy, rooms are spacious, kitchen has everything you may need. The location is absolutely fine, since the taxis are super cheap if you want to get to the old town. Even though it’s located on the main road, it was quiet and safe, of course. Hosts are kind and helpful. Overall, a really great accommodation, especially for the price you pay.
It is a clean space, safe and quiet at night, Love the kitchen. Close to most of the touristic places, strongly recommended for backpackers and budget Travellers.
