The staff was amazing and felt like family. One night they even cooked pizzas for the whole hostel as a surprise! I booked for 4 nights but ended up staying for 12. A great location right on the north beach, where you can stargaze while drinking a beer. There is a free but basic breakfast, which helps a lot with costs in a town where everything is so expensive. Highly recommended, and I hope to come back!
Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
The owner was very hospitable. Very knowledgeable of the area and explained the history of the home. Breakfast was prepared by the owner, simple yet amazing. The hostel fits the aesthetic of a remote/rural town.
We loved the general vibe of the hostel. The owners of the hostel were really kind and courteous. Especially their breakfast with homemade bread and orange jam was delicious. We also loved the location, near to the supermarket and bus station but also close to the beaches. Overall a great experience. Would book it again any time!
We really enjoyed our stay in the hostel and wish we stayed for longer. Alex and the other staff are all really friendly, it is close to the beach, drinking water, hot showers, lovely garden areas.
It is very central in the small village, and it has the rustic vibe that was expected. It had warm water, and the beds were comfortable. Overall it was clean, and the vibe of the hostel and the people there was amazing. Fireplace outside during the night, nice to share with the people there. Very central for Cabo Polonio's size. Really recommend.
The hostel is very closed to the beach and is a perfect place to meet new people and take a break and relax. The girls that work there where very nice and friendly, especially the cook (I don’t remember her name) and Wanda.
