It was very well in the middle of the city, which meant easy access to anything. It also meant no free parking places around downtown, and no warning about it. We managed eventually, with the help of friends, but warning would have been appreciated.
Apart from that, everything was as advertised, and even better (generous bathroom, clean, high-end appliances, they managed to squeeze in a refrigerator, coffee maker and electric mug for tea, free change of towels).
Excellent value for money, friendly staff, great location. Highly recommended.

I lucked out in finding this lodging. It is within a few hundred meters of the Cluj's Botanical Garden. It is also only a few blocks ...downhill and then level... from the city's main square. I couldn't have asked for a better location! I happened to arrive at a time when the owner/manager had arrived so we were able to arrange everything quickly. I thought the common bathroom was clean and the property was well-lit at night, both inside and outside. I also think the neighborhood was safe.

The hostel was ideally situated, in a very safe pedestrian area in the city safe. The staff was not often there, but always ready to help and give info. The rooms are comfortable and clean.
I booked a bed in a four bed dormitory. It must have been empty because I was upgraded to a twin room with ensuite, and I was the only occupant. Delicious Mediterranean breakfast. Great location. Communal kitchen a bit of a shambles, but if you want luxury go to the hilton. Highly recommended.
We use this place for early flights, I find it perfect, not far from the airport and it's quiet with good parking place.
The owner does his best to assist as we left the car parked there for 1 week and it was cheap and safe compared to other places.
I arrived in Cluj with rain and the sun almost falling, I entered the hostel and was greeted by a very friendly couple, they offered me coffee and chocolate, they showed me the place and where I could leave my things in a safe place. When I spent the night, the room with shared beds was at a good temperature, making my stay with them and the rest of the guests very pleasant.
The hostel is cute, the staff are nice, and they make you free coffee. Location is great, right in the heart of Cluj. The Romanian paintings on the wall are cool, and the place is secured and felt safe.
Great location, walking distance to botanical garden and city center, parking in a safe spot behind the building, great coffee shop next door, 24h grocery store in the same street.
The apartment has a great location and the parking place is gold. it is located close to the city centre, inside a yard with other neighbours but it is quite calm and peaceful, safe and secure. The apartment has a great design and you can tell that they put effort into making it efficient.
My partner and I had a lovely stay here! Great location, close to the Cluj Opera and the main square. The apartment was very modern and clean. The bed was comfy and the complex felt very safe and secure. The host was also very communicative and it was very easy to pick up the keys and leave the keys. I highly recommend for solo travellers or couples. The TV was also massive and had Netflix - perfect to wind down after a 10 hour tour!
