Relax is located on Piotrkowska, close enough to the train station. Staff members are friendly and helpful. The place is clean. There is nothing to complain about. I will use it again when I'm back in Łódź.

The sheets were clean,the bed wasn’t comfortable. I was on the ground floor my window was in the front people was sitting outside the window talking till late and smoke. The lady that checked me in didn’t know much English. I book the 4th dorm I felt a bit more comfortable when I saw other women in the room.

It was really nice, the rooms were pretty tidy, we were provided with three twin beds and the upper part of bunk bed. Under the bunk there was table with four chairs and monitor equipped with TV antenna. There was also a closet in our room. Location was great as we could travel downtown on foot easily. The communal kitchen was clean as well, it had electric kettle, two spots induction stove, fridge, microwave and some other kitchen appliances.

The hostel is a 15-20 minute walk from the city center. At the reception, I was given the keys, informed about the location of facilities, and briefed on the hostel rules. I slept in a 10-bed dormitory. The bed linen was fresh and very clean. Each guest has their own locker. Near each bed, there is an electrical outlet and a reading lamp. The common areas are clean and regularly maintained. Despite there being only two showers, I never had to wait in line. The kitchen has a refrigerator, dishes, and everything necessary for cooking.
The beds were okay and the bathrooms were clean and okay, with a cheap price. Short walk to the main street of Lodz, but the building is not welcoming at all and if you arrive at night it’s hard to see the hostel sign.
I liked how the non-English speaking host was explaining things to me, and I sure liked the Christmas decorations. Felt very safe in this hostel and it is located close to Łódź Fabryczna on foot. Really spacious shower and toilet. Very clean and quiet rooms and common area.
I traveled with young child and I felt safe and well look after. Great location for restaurants and entertainment.

The location is central, a few minutes walk from Piotrkowska Street, and a short walk to either the Łódź Fabryczna train station, Manufaktura shopping mall, and old Jewish ghetto streets in Baluti and Marysin.
Very welcoming lady, and it is great to meet a nice host while travelling. Good for a short stay if you are travelling on a budget. It is not for meeting people and chatting in common areas. It's more about the location, the price and the nice welcoming.
Great location close to the park, main street shops etc. Breakfast was delicious and staff have been very accomodating with changing my reservations (I booked wrong date by mistake and only realised a day before). It felt very safe, you had to use card to get into the hotel and lifts.
