It's a Hotel at 13th floor of a hospital. I was surprised, did not hear any ambulances, and did not encounter any ghosts. Overall, If you need to stay in this part of the City, I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely clean flat, room and bathroom also the corridor you walk to get to your room. Pleasant and clean bed with additional blanket, everything seem to be new because you don't have any bad smells from anything. There is small table by the bed and the desk, clean fresh normal size towel and the feeling somebody cares about the place. The bed I slept on felt solid I didn't hear any even trifle sound from it or didn't feel that it's not stable I weigh around 90 kilograms. In the bathroom you have shower cabin and washing machine for clothes, everything clean and looks new. The window in the room seem to function properly if you close it after airing position you practically don't hear what is going on in the street. The temperature in the room was good enogh to sleep even though in the evening I aired the room then closed the window. The deposit was returned completely 400 zls the next day after the room was checked.

The hostel is a 15-20 minute walk from the city center. At the reception, I was given the keys, informed about the location of facilities, and briefed on the hostel rules. I slept in a 10-bed dormitory. The bed linen was fresh and very clean. Each guest has their own locker. Near each bed, there is an electrical outlet and a reading lamp. The common areas are clean and regularly maintained. Despite there being only two showers, I never had to wait in line. The kitchen has a refrigerator, dishes, and everything necessary for cooking.
The beds were okay and the bathrooms were clean and okay, with a cheap price. Short walk to the main street of Lodz, but the building is not welcoming at all and if you arrive at night it’s hard to see the hostel sign.
I liked how the non-English speaking host was explaining things to me, and I sure liked the Christmas decorations. Felt very safe in this hostel and it is located close to Łódź Fabryczna on foot. Really spacious shower and toilet. Very clean and quiet rooms and common area.
I traveled with young child and I felt safe and well look after. Great location for restaurants and entertainment.
Staff are very helpful and friendly.

The location is central, a few minutes walk from Piotrkowska Street, and a short walk to either the Łódź Fabryczna train station, Manufaktura shopping mall, and old Jewish ghetto streets in Baluti and Marysin.
Very welcoming lady, and it is great to meet a nice host while travelling. Good for a short stay if you are travelling on a budget. It is not for meeting people and chatting in common areas. It's more about the location, the price and the nice welcoming.
Great location close to the park, main street shops etc. Breakfast was delicious and staff have been very accomodating with changing my reservations (I booked wrong date by mistake and only realised a day before). It felt very safe, you had to use card to get into the hotel and lifts.
