We arrived stupidly early (5am) before check-in and the staff gave us a room so we could rest which we thought was very generous. The breakfast was good and the location was exceptional and just off the main plaza. Our rooms were clean and cosy and we had a shared bathroom which was also kept very clean and we enjoyed nice hot showers!

This hostel is simply amazing. The room is simple, but I liked it. It was kinda cozy. Bathrooms have hot water, and you can use small kitchen. It's around a 15-minute walk to the historical center and even less to the market st. Camilo, where you can buy a lot of staff.
But what is really extraordinary is the helpfulness and kindness of staff. They helped me with everything I needed and even more. Don't be afraid to organize the trips around with them. It's really worth it.

Extremely good value - cheaper than a lot of hostel dorm rooms and a perfectly nice room for the money. Maybe not as central as other places but a short walk to the main historical area. Staff really friendly and helpful too and accommodating re: leaving luggage.
Absolutely best hostel I have been to! Great location as in the middle of the fun, amazing bedroom + shower + toilets and especially the relax areas. Comfortable beds with power outlet and lamp next to it. Brenda is amazing.
Chamo and Anita are wonderful hosts and they keep a very welcoming place. They clearly enjoy meeting people and make sure everyone is enjoying their stay and are on hand if there are any issues. Most people staying there were couples in their 20s and it had a youth hostel vibe.
Loved staying here. Its location is ideal, the beds are very comfy and it felt extremely safe. the front door is always locked and someone needs to let you in. They do a good job of keeping track of who is coming and going to. It is very much a backpackers hostel and very lowkey.
One of if not the best hostels we’ve stayed at in the whole of South America. It is basic and simple but that doesn’t matter when it is such good value for money. Everything was perfectly clean, including the shared bathroom. This is in the best location possible in the city, really safe and super central - right next to the main square and all tourist attractions. A simple breakfast included which was nice.
