ClinkMama, hotel in Haarlem

ClinkMama is well set in Amsterdam, and features a shared lounge, free WiFi and a bar. The property is located 700 metres from Artis Zoo, 1.2 km from Dam Square and 1.5 km from Beurs van Berlage.

I liked the openness of the space downstairs, which makes everything flow so neat, the interior design, the fact that it had a coffee shop, the kitchen, the intimacy of the garden, the security, the location, the view of the room towards the canal, and the clean and comfy bed.

The Flying Pig Downtown, hotel in Haarlem

This hostel is located in shopping street Nieuwendijk in the centre of Amsterdam. The Flying Pig Downtown has a bar and 24-hour front desk. Amsterdam Central Station is a 3-minute walk.

Excellent location at the heart of Amsterdam. Close to the Central station and De Wallen with lots of food and shops in walking distance. The facility was decent and the staff was friendly. The dormitory bed I booked had a broken power socket so the staff just upgrade my room for free which was very nice of her. The pub downstair was pretty lively and had social event every night. Decent value for money, would recommend.

The Bee Hostel, hotel in Haarlem

Ideally located in Amsterdam, The Bee Hostel offers air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a bar.

Super nice and cozy hostel. The bunks are more like breathable pods thanks to the privacy curtains. Its almost enclosed so even noises from your roommates were never that loud, but then everyone was super respectful and mindful of noise so that helped too. All the facilities are so clean and feel basically brand new. The bedding is crazy comfortable, slept like a baby thru my stay!

Really nice hostel with a warm and welcoming vibe. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in an apartment with our two young sons there. There was lots of space for the four of us and it had everything we needed. A lovely find. The stairs was quite steep and needed a bit of safety monitoring with our toddler, a given consideration in Holland. Good location & we would stay there again.

Easily one of the best hostels I have been in. It was modern, clean and it felt like they cared to give you a really good stay. They were super nice, gave suggestions on places to eat and drink and also had free lemon water available at the reception! Keep in mind that it's a "calm" hostel. If you are looking to party hard, this would not be the place to go. If you want a place outside of the city centre of Amsterdam, where you can rest on a tight budget, this is the perfect place.
