Staff available in WhatsApp and in the "contact the property" chat. Toilets with shower are in the public area, but very clean, comfortable and we never had to wait. Location is very convenient if you want to explore the old town by walking, also close to bus stops.

The location was perfect if you want to enjoy George town. It was a hostel style but I had my own private room, which was nice, it had an ac as well. The shared bathroom/toilett was clean.
Overall i had a good stay.
