there's two hostels in monterrey - this one is better. the other one is nice but i had a late check-in, and problems with booking to reserve. everything went great.

Excellent location. They have free transportation to the airport. The gym and the pool are nice. You can leave your car in the hotel while traveling for a good price (cheaper and safer than the airport parkings).
the location of this "hostel" is brilliant. i don't know exactly what to call it considering it's on the 2nd floor of an apartment building, with the third floor being a terrace. i actually worked on the terrace that night, until it got too windy. internet is amazing. the kitchen area is completely equipped.
everything is comfortable and nice, in the macroplaza district of downtown, one of the best hostels all around, you meet friends instantly, it's great. bathroom and shower was nice and private.
Love the curtains on the dorm beds and chargers for each bed. Great location with everything in walking distance. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was nice and cool. Everything felt safe and secure.
