Lucky Sun Saracen Bay, hotel in Koh Rong Sanloem

Lucky Sun Saracen Bay features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Koh Rong Sanloem.

The host was extremely friendly; the food was delicious and we weren’t expecting to have our own little bungalow - so that was a wonderful bonus! I was sick after our stay on Koh Rong and the host helped ease my stomach - providing a noodle broth and ginger tea that weren’t on the menu. I would thoroughly recommend staying here and we sure will if we ever return to Saracen bay!

Koh Rong Lagoon, hotel in Koh Rong Sanloem

Set in Koh Rong and with Long Set Beach reachable within 1.3 km, Koh Rong Lagoon offers a garden, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar.

Loved my stay here. Exactly what I was looking for on the island. Quiet and close to the beach. But you can also walk to MM or Nest if you want to drink or party. They offer scooter rental for 12.5$ / day or 10$/day if you rent at least 3 days. Need to be an experienced driver tho because the driveway isn’t still under construction and at the moment you need to drive through rocks, grass and mud. But I guess the driveway will be finished in a month or so. Chill music playing in the bar. Big bunk beds are very comfy and equipped with power plugs and reading lights. Staff very friendy and helpful. Thank you for having me :)

Scarlet Sails Hostel, hotel in Koh Rong Sanloem

Scarlet Sails Hostel has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and terrace in Koh Rong Island.

Great location, right in front of the beach, some restaurants around, 5min walk to the long set pier, nice (and very clean) swimming pool. Pool towels provided. Varied buffet breakfast, including bread, eggs, pancakes, fruits. Friendly staff. As it is the low season, hotel offered us an early check in and a room upgrade, what we appreciated

I've had a wonderful time at Sara! The bungalow was amazing, I absolutely loved spending time at the day beds and the swimming pool, the food and drinks were great and spending the evenings at the bar was a lot of fun and an easy way to meet new people. Most of all, it were the people working at Sara that made my stay here one I'll never forget. They made me feel very welcome, safe and at home away from home.

The inclusive breakfasts were delicious, with loads of options available. The location was right on the beach with a lovely view. The owner sent lots of useful info before our stay and gave us a very friendly welcome. Cheap laundry service and free kayaks, paddle boards and snorkels available. Having free water refills was great too. Backpacker style accommodation, good for people who like a social bar.

Independently owned unlike other non-Khmer owned, chain hostels on the island. The busier evening bars like Onederz can be accessed easily from here, but it's a lot more budget-friendly. It's not fancy but you get what you pay for, a good nights' sleep!

The Cliff Hostel lives up to its name and more. Both the lodging and bar area sit high up on M'Pai Bay with the common space right on an actual cliff. The setting and nature inspired rustic architecture makes for an extremely cozy place to meet people, have dinner, and watch the sun set. We had a lovely time during our short stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Please note, the private rooms are bare bones. Don't expect AC, warm water, or a sink. This is a true backpacker hostel.
