Combo Bologna, hotel in Bologna

Featuring free WiFi and air conditioning, Combo Bologna is located 800 metres from Bologna Train Station.

I liked the organization of the shared bedrooms, there was a good amount of privacy provided, the bathroom was very smartly set up with places to lay out my stuff, and I had an excellent espresso in the morning.

Hostel Il Nosadillo - Bologna, hotel in Bologna

Hostel Il Nosadillo - Bologna is well situated in the Centro Storico of Bologna, 1.1 km from Archiginnasio di Bologna.

The breakfast was really good, I was able to make myself a vegan meal. I felt safe in the mixed room and was able to put away all of my belongings for the night and when I went to explore the city. It was perfect for a one night stay. The wall paitings are really nice.

Dopa Hostel, hotel in Bologna

Dopa Hostel is located Bologna, a 10-minute walk from the Cathedral and 350 metres from Palazzo Poggi Museum. It features free WiFi throughout.

This place is extremely cosy (especially considering that it's a hostel) and I could really tell how much care has been put into the space and all its details, rendering the common rooms a place where everyone feels welcome and at ease (including dozens of cute tiny lamps scattered around that lit up the space). There was also a huge chalkboard with event and exhibition recommendations that was being updated daily. I especially liked the fact that you were allowed to hang out as long as you needed on the big comfy sofas in the lounge after check-out, and you could help yourself to a cup of tea anytime. Also the rooms were very nice, I really appreciated the curtains that every bed has for an extra sense of privacy and cosiness. While my stay I've met many amazing and open-minded people and basically everyone was eager to connect and share. Every morning there was a breakfast buffet in the kitchen were everyone (who wanted or was up) gathered around the table to eat together. Next time I'm in Bologna I'll definitely come back to Dopa Hostel!

Bed & Bike Hostel, hotel in Bologna

Set within 21 km of Saint Peter's Cathedral and 21 km of Unipol Arena, Bed & Bike Hostel offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in San Giovanni in Persiceto.

This place is great for solo travellers, couples and families, as they can accommodate all of these. Ideally placed two minutes from the train station, so if, like me, you couldn’t afford a bunk in Bologna, it’s a cost effective way to deal with this, as it’s only 15mins to Bologna on the train. The hostel seems brand-new, is very well set-up and Matteus and Mara took good care of me. Highly recommended.

The hostess helped us find the location of the accommodation. It has very nice surroundings. It is right on the Via degli dei, but we don't recommend booking it for your first night, as it is quite far from Bologna: around 30 km.

The staff were very helpful. Room and breakfast were great. They have private parking for Euro 25 per night in a very safe place behind the hotel. Hope you have a small car as its very tight to get in, but it works very well. Great location for the city, once you find it through the one way streets. Its also where the Ducati museum is if you are a motorcycle fan.

Great location in the heart of Bologna. Two minutes from Neptune Statue. Safe location above shopping mall.. Great cafe for breakfast downstairs. Our room and bathroom had a skylight with view of the two towers! Clean and comfortable.

We loved our stopover here , it was perfect , very comfortable, with a few special touches . Great location. We loved its proximity to a place where we could park our van safety and cheaply , while we had a night away from it

Great location, really near the main square but hide from the noise of the main streets, Independence for entering and going out of the hostel at any hour, safe locker for the luggage, 3 bathrooms available, wi-fi worked well. Is a good place for a quick visit of the city (2 nights).

due to the smallness of this hostel it automatically makes it very cosy and not socializing with the other friendly guest is basically impossible. also thanks to the couches in the common area and the funky interior design you cannot not feel like in a safe place. it's very clean too. oh and i haven't even talked about the staff sofar: they are amazing - every single one of them! very well managed. would recommend this backpackers paradise to all my friends. cheers and enjoy=)

Great, central location, charming and helpful staff, tasteful, artistic interior. The bunk beds have curtains and individual lamps and sockets. The bathrooms were clean. Compared to a lot of other hostels, this one was certainly more up-market and I would recommend it to anybody looking for budget accommodation and a better than average experience.
