I like the property and location all the staff were good except one lady who sits on reception forcibly sending cleaning staff in our room although we have asked few minutes to check out… that lady should not be allowed to sit on reception..

We chose this property mainly due because it was pet friendly and it truly fulfilled our expectations .
The manager (Mr. Ajeet ) was extremely kind to take care of our pet while we were away . Not to mention, he took care of our pet whole day long as well.
The staff and service was good .
The view from the balcony was so refreshing in the morning and very calming at the night .
Everyone came together at balcony and sat like one big family .
The bedroom linen was super clean and changed daily . Towels and other necessities were provided as per need .

We are in the over 55 age bracket travelling about and don't normally book backpackers. Shalom staff were extremely welcoming, it is comfortable, clean, friendly and in a great location. There are sociable spaces and also areas to sit quietly and enjoy the excellent views across the valley. The staff are knowledgeable about the area and fun. We highly recommend

This is one the best hostels for workaction in Mussoorie. The hostel is located on the mall road, making it easy to explore and shop. The property is very clean and cozy. On the top there is a cafe where u can chill, work, play, read, etc. Staff here are super friendly. Thank you Shiva for helping us with excellent recommendation of place to visit. Will definitely visit this place again!
It was the best Hostel I have ever stayed and trust me I have stayed in quite lot in India and overseas. Everything is perfect ... the best feature is the waterfall in the Hostel. The staff is so much fun and helpful special thank to Rohan he made me feel so comfortable if I didn't have further plan I would have stayed atleast 1 more week. Highly recommend to see for yourself and thank me later 😊
The hostel location was amazing, and staff was really friendly. Front desk person Ashish and Daeshan really helped us. I would definitely recommend this for solo and budget travelers.

This was our first time visiting goStops and we’ll definitely come again. The staff is quite helpful too, which is rare in hostels. If you are looking for a chill place in a budget with a breathtaking view then goStops is where you should go.
