The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the downtown area, across from the lake and near the park. I had arrived early, and there is no check-in counter so wasn’t sure what to do. However, a staff came down and helped me! I had been caught in the rain storm so she offered my room early so I could change and dry off, it was very kind!
The room itself had a giant deck, however it was overshadowed by the fan from the restaurant below. (The room was on the second floor) but otherwise, this room was so comfortable!

Everything, the location is amazing, the entire hostel is great but the star of the show was the whole staff and other guests, really enjoyed meeting every single person there and they made the stay that more enjoyable. The location, the price, and the facilities daily well maintained by Sandrine and Bruno. Also, the owners are very friendly and giving good tips about the area. I recommend with no doubt.
Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
Great location, nice rooms, comfortable bed, plentiful breakfast and friendly professional staff. Beautiful area and good restaurants in walking distance
Dog friendly! Loved it!
Great property, really good for a hostel. beautiful. The stay was super pleasant, nice staff, helpful, and important: the bed was great. I was in a bunk bed shared with other people, I didn’t wake up because of others, which is a miracle since I am a light sleeper!
Jo & Joe has a real family vibe to it, the stuff are super friendly and always ready to have a chat or help out. The location of the hostel was really good. I did use their bikes to get around witch I would highly recombed. The rooms were very good sizes and safe. It was a very clean hostel as it got cleaned 1-2 times a day.
Super great experience and the out side garden vibe was great.
