The POD Suite Hostel Blasco, hotel in Valencia

Located in Valencia, a 11-minute walk from Jardines de Monforte, The POD Suite Hostel Blasco has air-conditioned accommodations and a shared lounge.

The beds were out of this world! The best sleep I've ever gotten in a hostel, hands down. I want that mattress at home! Felt absolutely no movement from any of the other bunks, each pod is really well insulated and totally private. The kitchen was well-stocked and hostel was clean. I don't know how indicative my experience was of a normal stay at the hostel, because I was visiting the city right after a terrible natural disaster and at one point was the only person staying in a 10-bedroom dorm. Given that (maybe major) caveat, I found the hostel very quiet--I basically had it all to myself--especially so because there's no staff except for the cleaning crew that comes in at midday. Nice location, maybe a 20-minute walk or so to the old town; metro was closed because of natural disaster so I can't speak to that.

Urban Youth Hostel, hotel in Valencia

Urban Youth Hostel in Valencia provides adults-only accommodations with a restaurant, a bar and a shared lounge.

Generally a good hostel. I was in a spacious dorm with big lockers, beds with curtains/plug/light, and there was even a tiny balcony. However, it is located on a busy, noisy street. On the plus side, there is a Carrefour Express across that street that was even open on Sunday! I liked the location as it was along a bus line and was about 15 mins walk from the beach where I swam. The staff did speak English and were helpful. The kitchen was fully equipped and had lots of fridge space.

This hostel hugely exceeded my expectations! The location is perfect and very safe, everything is so close and walkable. Really clean rooms and facilities. Rooms were spacious and not overcrowded because of the single beds rather than bunk beds. Lockers were also very spacious. Staff were very friendly and created a very sociable environment offering walking tours and bar crawls. Free luggage storage and use of facilities after check out was handy!

The Hostel was amazing, very clean and with a nice common area to just relax, work, or to meet new people. And the dormitory was very quiet. When I contacted the number they provide in case of need, they responded immediately being extremely kind. The position is perfect: in 10 minutes you can reach by bus the city center, the seaside and the City of Art and Science. I would definitely recommend this hostel.

My first ever dormitory experience and i enjoyed it ! Very clean & new hostel, with modern interior. As a female traveller, I felt safe with female only room with bathroom inside. There was no staff in this hostel, but they were available on WhatsApp / quick response at any time. Lockers are available for early/late check-in/out. Location was very good too, the local café next door sells cheap and good breakfast.

Excellent place to chill and relax. A different vibe to my usual travels but as it was a bit further out of the city it was good value for the price. Excellent sleeping arrangements - clean privet and safe to keep all personal valuables. One of the best hostels I've stayed in in regards to the bedroom.

The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. The hostel is very clean and the mattress (I was in a 5 females dormitory) comfortable. The room was very quiet, no noise from outside at all. The aera/street is very safe and there is everything you need in the neighborhood (supermarkets/tapas/all shops).

Espacially the guy from Protugal who does the nightshifts, he looks out for everyone, which is very kind! ^-^ If I would go to Valencia again I would surely choose Hôme Youth Hostel again!
