Colegio Mayor La Concepción, hotel in Valencia

Located next to Mestalla Football Stadium and 1 km from the Cathedral, Colegio Mayor La Concepcion offers air-conditioned studios with private bathrooms.

As the description says it is a student dorm converted into a hotel, the rooms are very large and have air conditioning and refrigerator which is great now in summer. It is across the street from the stadium and you have to take this into account, there might be heavy traffic and noise on match days. Breakfast was great and the canteen lady is a superhero

This hostel hugely exceeded my expectations! The location is perfect and very safe, everything is so close and walkable. Really clean rooms and facilities. Rooms were spacious and not overcrowded because of the single beds rather than bunk beds. Lockers were also very spacious. Staff were very friendly and created a very sociable environment offering walking tours and bar crawls. Free luggage storage and use of facilities after check out was handy!

The Hostel was amazing, very clean and with a nice common area to just relax, work, or to meet new people. And the dormitory was very quiet. When I contacted the number they provide in case of need, they responded immediately being extremely kind. The position is perfect: in 10 minutes you can reach by bus the city center, the seaside and the City of Art and Science. I would definitely recommend this hostel.

My first ever dormitory experience and i enjoyed it ! Very clean & new hostel, with modern interior. As a female traveller, I felt safe with female only room with bathroom inside. There was no staff in this hostel, but they were available on WhatsApp / quick response at any time. Lockers are available for early/late check-in/out. Location was very good too, the local café next door sells cheap and good breakfast.

Excellent place to chill and relax. A different vibe to my usual travels but as it was a bit further out of the city it was good value for the price. Excellent sleeping arrangements - clean privet and safe to keep all personal valuables. One of the best hostels I've stayed in in regards to the bedroom.

The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. The hostel is very clean and the mattress (I was in a 5 females dormitory) comfortable. The room was very quiet, no noise from outside at all. The aera/street is very safe and there is everything you need in the neighborhood (supermarkets/tapas/all shops).

This hostel is really cute, central & clean and I liked that there are no bunk beds! It feels much more like home. The staff is really really nice and helpful! Espacially the guy from Protugal who does the nightshifts, he looks out for everyone, which is very kind! ^-^ If I would go to Valencia again I would surely choose Hôme Youth Hostel again!
