The property was streamlined modern and very comfortable. The rooms were clean, had clean cozy quilts and the door was accessible by a digital passcode for safety. A bar and cafe on the ground floor was affiliated with the alburgue. The location was amazing, being central in the old city and near the cathedral. It seems that many pilgrims I have met on the Camino ended up at this same alburgue. That was fun!

This has been our favorite lodging on the Camino. Super cute village with an open church. The facilities were spotlessly clean and comfy. There is an outside green grass area to sit, lay, relax and have a cold drink. The staff spoke great English and were extremely helpful. Pilgims meal was the best. There is a spa and pool associated but was not open by the time we arrived. It would be great spot to take a rest day and enjoy the spa. Stop here and not in Fromista.
Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
Beautiful renovation of an old Spanish Home (the owners grandmother’s). Wonderful setting on the CAMINO DE SANTIAGO route. Many backpackers. Has dormitory facilities along with private rooms. Bar and Cafe. The Menu del Dia was outstanding as was the house red wine included.
Great location for over night stay on route to Santander
This was our fourteenth accommodation during the Camino, and it was the best so far. Super clean hostel, comfortable bed, and nice fluffy towels. This town didn’t have any other restaurants so we had dinner and breakfast here. The food was good and the service was great, too. Highly recommend!
Great location on the Camino de Santiago before the big walks across the meseta. Good room, very good food. the ladies who run this place work very hard!
