An amazing, quiet location. Just what we were looking for. They offer both food service and a self-catering kitchen. We went for a random walk and discovered the trail leading to 2 dinosaur footprint locations. About 2 hours return from the lodge. Cross over the river and head up towards the old church. A fairly flat path with great views following the contours of the mountains. We did it with closed sandals.

Winederful was wonderful! Very clean and quiet. Facilities are like-new and extremely clean and neat. Very hot showers and warm rooms (the floor may have been heated, as well). It has everything you would need, with comfy shared spaces and a cafe. Very safe and secure. Easy to come and go and a great central location that is easy to find. All the staff are really kind and helpful, especially Juan at the desk and the woman who was tidying up the rooms in the morning. Definitely the best hostel experience I’ve had anywhere in the world!
Highly recommend staying here and will be returning on my next trip to Logroño!

Really fabulous location in the heart of Logroño's tapas bars. The room is small but very well equipped; iron, hairdryer, and a communal kitchen with a washing machine. The whole place is very clean and comfortable. The shower is fabulous and also great wifi. Perfect for a short stay.

breakfast was basic, layout and ambience was of the building was good - simple well ventilated space, on ground level, with easy access to wash facilities, the main thing was that i slept like a log for over eight hours, through all the din and clatter of other dormitory occupants snoring, fidgeting, farting, zipping up and down, packing bags, unpacking bags, chatting, burping, coughing, bed springs creaking, groans and moans etc, i slept like a log all through that - miracle and i remember it! and attractive historic building in the old town close to the centre
Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
Great location. Big bedroom ( 3 x singles together) and comfortable mattresses. Communal ladies bathroom large, spacious and spotless. Needed own towels. Simple, tasty, inexpensive meal provided second night at our request. Bar open to residents on demand served inside or out on street-seating. A fantastic place to explore the amazing scenery. 2 nights not enough!
Lovely welcome from 'Lallo', the host, to this simple restaurant/bar/hostel. Peace and quiet, fresh air and a slow pace of life. The gorge is amazing. Lovely white Rioja with dinner
